Brewing equipment
Triangle Coffee House merchandise

Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For brewing equipment, all parts and accessories must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened coffee packages
Personalized or custom-made items
Gift cards

Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@trianglecoffeehouse.com.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value.
Exchanges are subject to the same 14-day timeframe and condition requirements as returns.

Online Course or Workshop Refunds

For online courses or workshops, a full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven't accessed more than 25% of the course content.
