We’re hiring friendly, dependable part-time baristas who enjoy great coffee, genuine hospitality and being part of Durham’s local community.
What you’ll do
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea and breakfast items to Triangle Coffee House standards.
- Welcome guests, take orders accurately and create a warm, helpful café experience.
- Keep the bar, café and work areas clean, organized and ready for service.
- Handle opening, closing and point-of-sale responsibilities as scheduled.
- Work closely with a small team during busy and quiet parts of the day.
What makes a great fit
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
- Friendly communication and strong attention to detail.
- Availability for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
- Barista or customer-service experience is welcome, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
